These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Hupernex ("Hupernex", "we", "us", or "our"), including all individual products developed under the Hupernex studio, such as CVGym. By accessing or using any Hupernex product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Hupernex

Hupernex is an independently run startup studio, built and operated by a small team based in Indonesia, which designs, builds, and operates a portfolio of independent micro-SaaS products. For legal, regulatory, and payment-processing purposes, the studio's operations are registered under Erick Liemarga, who holds the individual proprietorship on the studio's behalf. Each product may have its own additional terms, which will be presented at the point of use and apply in conjunction with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our products. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Hupernex products are offered on a subscription or one-time payment basis. Payments are processed through Midtrans, a licensed third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you authorize Hupernex and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any Hupernex product for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Hupernex system, account, or data;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of a Hupernex product without prior written consent;
• Use automated means to access or scrape a Hupernex product in a way that disrupts its operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through Hupernex products are the property of Hupernex or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use a product, no other rights are granted.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Hupernex products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hupernex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Hupernex product.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Hupernex product at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the service is no longer feasible. You may stop using any Hupernex product and close your account at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of a Hupernex product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
